About this deal

Her character exists only to make Orpheus sad and to make Reia look better by comparison, and she has no consistency. Los personajes son geniales y la construcción del mundo a mi me re gusto, te da lo suficiente para mantenerte enganchada y te deja mas preguntas para después en los otros libros seguir contestándolas. She knew she hadn’t screamed, hadn’t tried to run, hadn’t done anything but wait as her family was eaten. Quite frankly if a random bit of world setting wasn't dropped more than halfway through the book I wouldn't have had any clue what sort of time period this book was set in. I of course have an interest in a certain appendage and let me just say I wasn’t disappointed and that too felt very original.

This year, Reia is chosen, yet she finds that this 7ft tall demon creature Orpheus isn't as bad as she'd expected. Somente após este período é que será cobrado automaticamente o valor da mensalidade, utilizando o método de pagamento cadastrado.

Why wouldn't a woman, after being taken from her home where he'd just slaughtered all of her neighbors, muster up the courage to say no?

And so, we have a villain who is portrayed as a snobbish, selfish woman (who, out of fear, didn’t say “no” to a horrifying monster she saw kill many people), coming across as sympathetic in a way I do not think the author intended. He has no mouth, just a tongue; his whole head is a skull with horns; he has fur, fish gills, and an extruding penis with tentacles. There's 4 more books and it's just like a Christmas miracle to me- this is the best gem ever I have stumbled upon to. This was thoroughly enjoyable with a few hiccups but they didn’t do much to deteriorate my pleasure. Orpheus is the sweetest monster of all time who just wants to be good and do Reia right, but also is tempted to eat her. Before you start reading my review, I would like to point out that this book, or this series, is not suitable for readers who are under 18 years old due to sexual content.

I can’t help but think… does it really need to be 450+ pages, or is there a lot of back and forth… unnecessary drama… etc. I can withstand a lot of OW storylines, but this one just decimated Reia’s character (because of how she viewed said character’s experiences) and hurt Orpheus’s characterization as well. Don't pretend that you've never wanted to be railed by some human eating, dark entity that has a skull for a face - you saw that cover, you knew what you were getting yourself into, and you still chose to open this book and read. The story did start off a bit slow, but by chapter seven I was hooked and absolutely devoured the story. But regardless of what I didn't like, I think you should read this if you’re interested in monster romance. I enjoyed the cute progression of their friendship and their inevitable love story, and I particularly liked that Reia is determined to be self-sufficient.

He makes her stuff and is super happy to show her, he preciously keeps the things she makes him even if its insignificant, he teaches her stuff, he grows a garden even if he doesn’t eat those things… etc etc etc.Product arrived matching the specifications I requested but also matched the photographs and item description.
